Do you know which is one of the most debilitating words there is? It’s “Should”!

It immediately makes you feel heavy and drained, doesn’t it? It never sparks joy and inspiration, and it makes you want to drag your feet…

So from now on, join me for an experiment! Every time you are on your way to say “I should…”, swap it for “I want to…”! That will give you an honest idea about what’s going on behind the scenes…

If you feel that it’s hard to say that you want to instead, then maybe this is not something you “should” do? Maybe you’re trying to force yourself to do things that are out of alignment?

We often trick ourselves by saying “I should” – it doesn’t require any action! But when we say “I want to”, we have to admit to ourselves that we’re actually not ready to take any action…

So from today, start being honest with yourself!
