Did you know that your body is constantly communicating with you?

When we go against our soul, our bodies take it upon themselves to try to make us understand that something is wrong and that we need to make some changes in our lives.

But before that, we’ve got lots of messages through our feelings. When we don’t feel good, it is a sign that we’re out of alignment.

If we insist on not listening, our bodies will make us listen…

Our different body parts are communicating different things.

Today I’ll address the back.

Symbolically, the back is the support, because without the spine we would not be able to stand up.

This means that it also represents everything that is connected to support, like money, love, having people to rely on, and so on.

So when you have a back problem, it’s a good idea to think about where in your life that you lack support?

It doesn’t matter if you really do lack support, or if you “just” feel like you do – the effect on your body will be the same.

So what can be done about it?

As a healer, I would check in with my intuition and search for the core beliefs. Often the origin isn’t from this life.

Maybe you once had a life where you were abandoned by your parents or your husband, which left you without support.

That might be expressed in this life as an inability to trust other people, because you subconsciously think they will abandon you in the end.

And that feeling of being unsupported, might make it difficult for others to support you!

What I would download for you in this case, are the following beliefs:

  • That you know how to trust other people
  • That you are supported
  • That you can trust money to be there for you when you need it
  • That you are lovable (when we’ve been abandoned, we think it’s because we’re not lovable!)

I would also pull the trauma from the abandonment.

If it were your parents who abandoned you, you would probably muscle test “yes” to being an orphan, so that would be an important belief to delete.

As you can see, it’s usually not so straight forward as it can seem at first. Behind the apparent beliefs are usually a lot of hidden beliefs that need addressing, before the issue can be dissolved.

And if you go see a chiropractor, they probably don’t know about this, so you’ll have to come back again and again, because they aren’t addressing the core belief!

The core belief won’t go away until you’ve got the wisdom from the experience, which is why there’s often a lot of talking in my sessions – you need to understand why it happened, so you can let go.
